Polyethylene-enveloped separators eliminate the possibility of short-circuiting from any possible ejection of active material from the plates. It΄s a classic and reliable construction offering good starting performance and good service life.
In addition, the small quantity of antimony contained in the metal alloy of the plates minimizes maintenance requirements, as well as the effects of overcharging.
The battery storage time can be much longer compared to any other technology. When activated, the battery delivers a high voltage immediately after being filled with electrolyte and is ready for use.
