WINNER PERSEUS differs from conventional VRLA series in that it contains more lead, heavier plates and high-purity specially processed materials, which allow more power and capacity to be delivered in each charge cycle. A special process of hardening the battery plate for 10 days and reinforced bonding to the grids has been applied in order to ensure its long life and quick recovery of its power after deep discharge.
Positive Plate: Positive plates consist of a grid frame made of heavy-duty lead-tin-calcium alloy and porous lead dioxide active material.
Negative Plate: Negative plates consist of a grid frame made of a heavy-duty lead-tin-calcium alloy with spongy lead active material.
Separator: AGM separators are chemically stable in the electrolyte. The high porosity of the separators completely absorbs the electrolyte and prevents short-circuiting between positive and negative plates.
Case: The battery case is made of ABS material and is resistant to vibrations.
